Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms By completing your registration for the ASAP Annual Conference, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy All conference registration fees are strictly non-refundable. ASAP is unable to process refunds for cancellations, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.

3. Registration Transfer Policy While cancellations are not permitted, ASAP Corporate Members are allowed to transfer their registration to another individual employed within the same organization.

• Transfer requests must be submitted to the ASAP organizing team in writing prior to the commencement of the conference.
• Only current corporate members in good standing are eligible to utilize this transfer benefit.

4. Event Modifications ASAP reserves the right to modify the conference schedule, speakers, or venue logistics as necessary. In the unlikely event that ASAP cancels the conference in its entirety, liability is strictly limited to the cost of the registration fee paid.
